What Does HCS Offer?
- Design/Build
HCS will help you evaluate your project and develop a sketch depicting the new floor plan. From this plan we will use our experience and along with our tradesmen we will develop a Scope of Work and Cost for your project. During construction there are no disputes between the design team and the contractors that you have to mediate, since you have a single contract for both design and construction. "One Call Does it All".
- General Contracting
When you have your own designers, HCS will be glad to work with them in developing a Scope of Work and Cost for your project.
- Construction Management
We will provide you with a Project Management Team that will work on your behalf as your project Agent. This Team will work with you and your staff by managing your design, selection of contractors and construction.
- Cost Plus Contracts
When the budget and schedule is tight, HCS can begin work immediately by completing the project "Open Book". All subcontracts are shared with the client and a negotiated profit margin is added to the bottom line.
- Master Planning
Our Design and Project Management Team will work with you and your staff to develop a Master Plan for your facility.
- Site Surveys
HCS will evaluate and document existing conditions at your facility.
- Project Planning
HCS will help you develop a Scope of Work and Phasing Schedule to minimize disruption to your patients and staff.
- Estimating & Budgeting
For annual budgeting HCS can assist you in estimating the cost of future projects. During our estimating process we involve our tradesmen to ensure that we have "Real World" pricing.
